Common questions
Who actually provides the service?
Every package is delivered by a vetted LandMate team member — typically a recent international graduate who's done the same process. You'll be matched and introduced before your arrival.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real time. If it's delayed, we adjust automatically and stay in contact via WhatsApp.
Can I customise what's in a package?
Yes. When you enquire, tell us what you already have sorted and we'll adjust the scope and price accordingly.
When should I book?
At least 2 weeks before arrival for the Welcome and Week 1 packages. Settlement Month can be booked up to a week before landing.
